Whether you are just starting to run or have been running for many years you are very welcome to join us on one of our club runs.
If you are aiming to enter your first race or just wanting to run to improve your fitness then you will find people able to guide and assist you reach your goal. The club has members who have competed in events from 1 mile races, through 5km, 10km, half and full marathons, all the way up to 100 mile ultra marathons who are more than happy to share their advice and experience.
We meet as a club on Tuesday evenings and Sunday mornings. You can get further details on either session from the Club Secretary (email@example.com).
Our Tuesday night runs are organised vi an app called Spond and cater for a mix of, abilities and differing start times. We have back to running groups for new or returning runners and a mix of groups with differing distances and speed.
Sundays morning runs tend to be predominantly off-road and longer (10-12miles) although shorter options are typically available. These runs usually start at 8:30am from a variety of locations around East Suffolk and further details will be circulated on the club email list during the week before.
