Annual Cross The River Run

Yesterday evening, 40 Woodbridge Shufflers took part in the annual river crossing. It involved wading through the mud and the river at low tide to get to the other side.

Carefully supervised by our experienced run leaders, it was lots of fun (if you like getting muddy and wet!) A few people lost trainers and needed help after getting stuck in the mud, but once we got to the far shore, there was a 3 or 5 mile run back to Woodbridge watching a beautiful sunset.
