This is a question that we are asked on a not infrequent basis.
As a club we run a range of activities trying to cater to runners of all abilities, from brand new runners joining one of our couch to 5K course, graduating to maffetone or short trail runs through to fast and ultra marathon runs.
“Shuffling” is actually a running technique, more common in the USA (The Shufflers initially formed with a lot of members from the local USAF).
